This year our furnace, hot water tank, and A/C all crapped out. They were quick with replacements, very knowledgable and left our house cleaner than when they arrived. Berger's has also done all the plumbing through our acreage renovations. Dustin always checks in after a job to see how it went.
February cold spell hit and our fan blower quit working. Woke up in the morning and the house was down to 12*C. Called Bergers as they have always been reliable service for us. Bergers again delivered and had our blower replaced and heat back on same day. Darryl was a technician that use to attend to our needs. Darryl was awesome. I think he has retired and now and Vincent showed up. Vincent was very professional and efficient and communicated with us very well. Appreciate Bergers plumbing.
Fast, efficient, reasonably priced. In the last few months I have had to call them a dozen times for different problems popping up with fireplace, furnace, air conditioner, 2 different boilers and a BBQ. Solved the problem same day each time.

We had a very good experience from the beginning to the end. The staff was very professional. The installation of our HWT went well. The installer was friendly, he answered all my questions, he was on time and he left everything clean when he left.
