Fast an efficient service! These guys helped us out with a dead furnace 2 days before Christmas. They got it working for us as a temporary fix. Then in the new year they were able to provide us a timely and competitive quote for a new furnace and AC unit. Then when our hot water tank died they came bright and early the next morning and replaced it. We did have a small concern with one of the finishings after the furnace installation. Showed up almost two hours late and then proceeded to use rusty pipe and fittings from the bottom of a bucket in his van to hook up our gas meter.
Hired him to hook up my gas meter after city had to replace it. Showed up 2 hrs late. Instead of using new fittings he used a bunch of rusty old ones he found in his van. Looks like crap
This year our furnace, hot water tank, and A/C all crapped out. They were quick with replacements, very knowledgable and left our house cleaner than when they arrived. Berger's has also done all the plumbing through our acreage renovations. Dustin always checks in after a job to see how it went.
