Awesome experience. I ordered a bike online and Berger's was kind enough to pick up, assemble, and drop off the bike at my house. They made the experience seamless and were great with which to work. Next time, I'll buy a bike directly from Berger's.

We are four days into a six-day bike trip and my bike has been creaking very annoyingly for two days. The guys at Berger's were willing to put aside their regular work to dive in and clean out the shell and threads of my bottom bracket and tighten everything down properly. They were quick, knowledgeable, and friendly, and got us moving again fast!
