I should have checked reviews first. $135 seemed reasonable to clear a clogged septic line, but 3 days later it backed up again.
They never returned my call.
Horrible. Not helpful a year ago when I needed assistance with getting info to get my warranty to pay for the install of the water heater. Claimed two days ago that they could come the next day to fix said water heater or would give a call. Never came/called. I have been calling since yesterday afternoon. They never answer the phone, only return messages. But now they aren't returning calls at all. Tried to FB message. This doesn’t even deserve one star. They messed up and busted my moms pipe and charged her the time to fix it and LIED about it. Then when my husband called to ask to talk to the owner about the situation his wife caught an attitude and said my husband should’ve fixed it himself, said she would have him call him then hung up and blocked my husbands number. They are very UNPROFFESSIONAL. Go with R. Bergeron plumbing instead!
