I am very thankful for Dr. Bergeron! He did not give up on finding my heart issues, although other docs did. As a result, I lived to get three heart stents just in time!
Arrogant and dismissive. Was seen by this doctor after coming to the ER for a severe OCD panic attack. After waiting for 3 hours in the ER room actively having a panic attack, he walked into the room and just says in a joking voice "So what's new everybody?" He acted disinterested (as I sobbed in front of him) as I explained my situation, spoke over me when I was trying to ask a question, and simply asked if I needed to be treated for suicidal intention which I know is protocol and I understand, but I had already explained w... read more
Excellent care by this physician. He is thorough and compassionate. Very impressed with his care for my mother in the ER. He not only spoke directly with my mother but also included me in the final decisions. The RN, Josh, was amazing as well. Both had amazing bedside manners!
This doctor is rude. He told a patient he runs a busy ER and had more important patients to take care of.
My experience with this physician in the ER in April was excellent. He was very competent, thorough and attentive. Made great recommendations.
