What a shame. The service guy gave me such hope and once again failed to fulfil his promises. I left my dodge truck with them for 6 days. Check the manifold please. Not one call. On day 7 I had to call and ask for an update. Not even an apology! Just excuses why my truck hadn’t even been looked at. 6 whole days. Gave me excuses about 6 staff being sick. 6 staff! It is impossible to schedule service in a timely manner. When you call they transfer you to reservations which always goes to voice mail.
