We hired the services of Berger Windows & Doors to install a sliding glass door. We signed the contract and paid a deposit of $1,082.19 with their rep John Broadbent It has been 8 weeks and we haven't received a call for the installation date; furthermore they permit to the City of Hollywood has not been submitted. Today we found out that the installation will not be done until June 2021. They took our money promised an installation of 10-12 weeks--now it will be 24 weeks, if we ae lucky.
