Excellent service, you always talk to a real person. They are extremely responsible and fast! They were only here for 3 hours and fixed all my issues! No leaks and very thorough! I will NEVER go anywhere else. They are extremely busy but worth the wait. WELL worth the wait. I will recommend them to EVERYONE.

Called with a small emergency. Essentially told "too bad". And then "have a good day" and hung up on. No help at all. Tells me, everyone is busy. Pretty disappointing as my mom and I have used them in the past with great results. Update: I look out my window, Berger Plumbing van two houses down from me. Probably would have taken 15 minutes to assist me. I did get a hold of Advance Plumbing, they will be here at 2 pm.

Called and asked to have someone come and look at a leak. It was an installation that they did and also wanted a quote on some additional work. They told me they would have the service man call me before he came. It has now been 3 weeks since I called! Terrible customer service especially when it was their work that I had a problem with!! 3 WEEKS REALLY!! Don’t use this place for any of your plumbing needs!! They don’t even call you back and explain.

I had a great experience with Berger Plumbing! Even though I didn’t end up needing his services because the issue was on the management’s end, he was incredibly honest and helpful. He took the time to look into the issue, provided great advice, and showed a lot of integrity. He answered me on a Sunday and holiday! I’ll definitely be calling him for any future plumbing needs.
