Hired them for a few jobs and each job I’m left with a leaking tub they installed on a new build and they cracked our bathroom tile when they set/placed a toilet. I’ve called them multiple times and I get “ we are waiting on the part”. It’s now been a year of me calling to get them to repair the tub they installed and that part hasn’t arrived yet… I would never use Berger Plumbing again as they don’t stand by their work.

Hired them for a few jobs and each job I’m left with a leaking tub or faucet or cracked when they placed a toilet. We called to have them come out to repair the tub leak (brand new build) and they say they are waiting on a part every time. It’s been over a year and this part just never showed up…

My water heater started leaking water. I called Monday morning and they were at my house and replaced the water heater by 3. They did a great job. I thought the cost was very reasonable.
