Great Service I took my Impala to another dealership with a problem my transmission and they kept telling me it was normal! My warrenty was almost up and I decided to take my car to Berger, Thank goodness I did! There was a bulletin out on the problem and they knew exactly what the problem was. I also had a coolant leak the other place did not find. The warrenty provided for a loaner car, which I was unware of.that was great because I am from Grand Haven. A place of business I would recommend I took my car into get fixed and came across a 2009 Acadia. Took for test drive and purcased that day. The staff was friendly and helpful. No problems and in detail went over all options of my new vehicle. I would recommend to freinds and family
Not worth your time If you are looking to get your car repaired, I would avoid Berger's in Ionia. We took our Suburban there and it was a terrible experience. Originally they said it would take 24hrs to fix the problem. Four days later we finally got our car back. Each time we called to inquire about our car, they were rude and never apologized for the delay. Worst of all, they never offered a car to us during the days they worked on our car. What an inconvience
