Outstanding service, very professional and knowledgeable. They go the extra mile and more. 2-1/2 years after closing on an industrial land purchase that I made, Hal Berger called me and asked if I had listed the land for sale. I had not. He got wind of someone fraudulently listing my land for sale. He had picked up on that, and confirmed it with me. He then took steps to prevent a scam sale, working with the County Register of Deeds.
