Never going there again this nurse names Nelli M was so disrespectful and unprofessional. She was rude to me the whole time.
Slow ! 4.5 hours waiting in lobby on a Monday. Ridiculous
absolutely horrific. scared me into thinking I was internally bleeding then had me sit in the waiting room for 5 hours after telling me they think I'm internally bleeding. left an IV in my arm in the waiting room which is not allowed in medical. when I was concerned with leaving bc nothing was happening a nurse came and talked to a different patient about my condition thinking it was me (I'm female he was male)
Ended up having to bring my girlfriend here after an unexpected event while visiting Circleville. Nurses were great, ancillary staff was friendly, and the ER physician had great bedside manner. I work in healthcare, and I understand the challenges and pressures that these facilities and staff face every day from the community and corporate. It's easy to swipe your badge and clock in and just go through the motions, but that's not what we experienced here. Everyone was professional, kind, and caring.
It's getting better.
