My mom needed the light fixed on her ceiling fan. Even though this was a smaller job and was not urgent, Mark was prompt on returning my call. We set an appointment within a few days and he was able to take care of it. He also answered a few questions my mom had. Mark is very professional and we highly recommend Berger Electric,

Refuses to update old wiring because it's currently a "code violation" (that's the whole point of hiring an electrician), and refuses to reschedule if the first appointment falls through. He's either too busy to care, or too spoiled from working on new construction. Update: In response to the below blame shifting, we actually agreed in advance to use a key lock box because I had to work that day, as most people do on business days (and not everyone has the luxury of taking personal phone calls at work).
