When our roof was replaced by Berger 4 years ago there was one section that was only a few years old that had a shallower incline. This section included ice and water guard underneath it that extended behind the gutter. When we had our whole roof replacement Berger ripped off our ice and water guard and cut it at the gutter and just replaced it with felt paper…now it’s leaking and out of warranty. They should’ve known better and now we are paying for it when we already paid for that section ourselves before insurance replace... read more

He helped us by assisting us with the insurance claim on our roof that the insurance company denied paying.He stepped up and met with the adjusters and successfully getting the insurance to pay the claim. He had our back and made it easier for us to get the roof put on. They were very prompt in getting the project started. Within 3 days in getting the claim paid they had us down to replace the roof.
