Unfortunately I did not have a good experience and will never have them back for a cleaning. Floors had visible debris on them. I had to vacuum everything after they left. My daughter’s bathroom had footprints all over it and I had to re-mop. The mop, after one room, was dirty. That led me to re-mop my whole house, which was dirty. Having paid for vacuuming and moping, there should not have been anything on that mop. Cassy is the best! I’ve used her before selling my home and was the first person I thought of for an after moving out clean. She listened to my needs/concerns and is very detail orientated. Unfortunately I moved too far away otherwise I’d still be hiring her
My home smelled and looked wonderful when I returned home. White glove test was passed with flying colors!
We hired Cassy’s co to do rental turnovers for our rental cottage that sleeps 10. Cassy’s team was able to make all 10 beds and leave the cottage sparkling in a tight time frame. She helped us keep tabs on the place between rentals and gave our guests a wonderful clean environment to enjoy. We are very much looking forward to working with Berger Cleaning and More next summer!
