I had a terrible experience with his services. I wrote a review with more details on Yelp that was taken down even though I did not write anything that was not true. Let’s see if this one stays up. I do not recommend his services at all.
Burman is by far the best tax preparer in the DMV area! My wife and I have been going to him for years. He helps navigate the mountain of forms individual taxpayers have to complete and offers personal and professional advice on how to reduced your tax liability. He has two convenient locations in MD and VA (pre-pandemic) and when face to face meetings are not possible, he is available for pre-scheduled internet meetings and has a great portal to upload all your forms. Berger & Associates have been filing my mother's personal taxes, my business taxes and my personal taxes for at least 7years. As far as woking with State and Federal taxes go, I am not able to say I enjoy those activities one bit. However Burman's knowledge and expertise are a relief when I know that I am going to need to do them again year after year. I recommend Berger and Associates if you are in need of a tax PRO!
