Terrible experience with Allied at a premium price. My move coordinator did not respond the day of, messed up the time (window was six hours off which caused problems as I had to reserve my building elevator). I think the coordinator quit or something the day of. The movers severely damaged my dresser, and the claims process was not only long but also undervalued the damage despite the fact that I had purchased premium insurance. Very spotty communication. Would highly recommend looking elsewhere for interstate moves.
