Moved from Iowa to Texas: There were no hidden fees! All the representatives were very personable and experienced in this field. They knew exactly what they were doing! ZERO STARS. Berger Allied Company failed to deliver my sofas and has shown a complete lack of responsibility and professionalism. They claimed a compensation check was mailed in December, yet I have still not received it, and it is now nearly the end of January. Rocio T., the representative who contacted me about the sofas, repeatedly ignores my calls and text messages. When she does respond, she says she will “look into it” and then never follows up. Andrew and his team were fantastic to work with on multiple commercial projects. He was extremely helpful in explaining their processes during our warehouse visit and coordinating receivers, pre-install needs, and deliveries. They even saved the day just hours before a major opening by getting us a critical final piece. Huge thanks to Andrew and his team for their support and professionalism!
