This moving company caused me unnecessary stress, wasted time, and a complete lack of trust, exactly what you don’t want from the people handling your personal belongings that represent your home. First of all, they do not take responsibility for anything they break. The excuse they gave me was that the item was “already like that.” All the employees are related to one another, so they defend each other, and as a customer, you have no chance of getting fair treatment, even when you are clearly right. Joe and his team did a great job delivering my couch. Good communication of their arrival and very respectful of the couch and my home and made sure it was exactly where I wanted it.
We had furniture delivered to our house by this company. The employees of this company were nice, efficient, and cautious with our furniture. I have used them before and would use them again! Definitely recommend.
