I have been working with Tess for my clients deliveries and I couldn’t recommend her enough. She’s very helpful, professional, responsive and kind. I don’t generally enjoy the logistics side of designing including scheduling installations but Tess has made it so much better! She’s made even the last minute schedule changes possible and she never makes it seem like a hassle. Highly recommend her!
The moving guys did a great job setting this up. What wasn’t great was the 50 texts I’ve gotten from Arhaus and this company to leave a review.
