I was there today for an 1100 am appointment, I went in at 1045 I was the only patient In the lobby, I signed in then sat down. The 2 woman behind the counter never looked or sayed I word to me! 1100am I got up said have a nice day,they replyed u to! Then I walked out! Never again!
I’m very dissatisfied with my appointment today! I feel like it was a money grab! Very nice people, but not helpful. I got my teeth counted and they charged me $168 and sent me packing, oh and I need a deep cleaning for 1500 cash! For bone loss, how are we going to bring the bone loss back?? I say have open pockets before going there!
I recently had a gum grafting procedure performed by Dr. Bergens and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Went to the office thought might need surgery, but only needed something simple. Dr Bergens is the most HONEST kind dentist I have ever been to. He was able to solve the problem right then and there and no surgery. And the office staff was awesome amazing
Everyone is cordial and respectful. It’s a tough job for staff and client. Their talent is appreciated
