This is the worst refrigeration company in New Jersey. Buyers Beware!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY MEANS. Victoria von dem Hagen and Will Shutterworth are terrific salespeople that deceptively get you to spend your money with Bergen Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. They know their work is faulty and do not care. Frank Casella is the Owner of the business and he is never available to speak with customers. so i just called to request service and the very first thing the lady ask me was where im located and how soon im looking to get service and even though i said i'm not in a rush to get my commercial fridge look up, she refused to take my business because "too back up''. For some reason i feel like is because the area where i need the service is not rich bergen county.
