He did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was on time, professional, efficient, and extremely thorough. We had a serious pest issue, and instead of just treating the symptoms, he took the time to really inspect everything and find the actual source of the problem. After doing a very detailed inspection, he found a tiny hole on the side of the house where they were getting in, sealed it up, and fixed the issue the right way. Called Jim for a termite and ant problem and he was very clear and easy to work with from the beginning. He's a great guy and made the whole process quick and easy, and the price was fair as well. Good reputation for a reason. Definitely recommend.
Jim helped us with a recent ant problem. We called Jim after noticing ants in our kitchen and bathroom, Jim responded that day did a thorough inspection of our house and property. Bate traps indoor and outdoor treatments were used. It did take a two treatment's but have not had any ants inside house in over 2 weeks.
