We bought a house that turned out to have issues with the airflow in our air vents and we were told by a couple companies that it would cost $50,000 to fix and that without that there was no point in hvac as it wouldn’t work. Certain areas of the house would be cold and upstairs would be hot in the summer and cold in winter.
