I’m writing this review based on my friend’s experience as a pregnant patient at this practice. She was told she needed to see a diabetic specialist and may require insulin, despite having blood sugar readings that are consistently within normal pregnancy guidelines (fasting between 88–97 and post-meal under 120). avoid this office at all costs if you want quality patient care and a team who values customer service. My doctor of over 10 years transferred to this office. I recently moved out of state and was willing to keep my appointments with her on my visits back home to visit family since I liked her as a doctor so much. if you value your time and wants real commitment and patient care/ value, avoid this office. from the front desk to the assistants in the back is a mess. they lack communication towards each other, disorganized and you will for sure wait a long time for your appointment. I understand Doctors run behind and all but to be waiting 2 or more hours is just too much.
