I had my wisdom tooth taken out on a Friday (maybe 1-2 years ago) by this oral surgeon and then got dry socket but the office had no on call because she went away. Had to refer me to another oral surgeon that saved me from excruciating dry socket nerve pain. Wouldn’t recommend anyone taking out their teeth especially if she’s going on vacation. I would never come here again. Thank god for the other oral surgeon I don’t know where I’d be.
After a negative experience with another provider, I found Dr. Bergen. She is highly professional and takes the time to thoroughly explain every detail of the procedure. I felt confident and at ease. Her team is kind and helpful, making it easy to schedule appointments, and she is always punctual. My only regret is not seeing her sooner. I highly recommend her—she’s amazing!
