Went to my appt. The receptionist told me I didn't have an appt.... As if I made up the time and date. Left without being seen at my appointed time due to someones stupidity....
Horrifying service call them couple times and they just keep telling me we call you back and they never do and after I call them they say we are going to call you again back but like always they never do. Don’t trust them to leave your health in their hand.
Front desk staff very disrespectful and have no bedside manners. They need to be retrained on how to speak to clients. Maybe they learn this behavior from the doctors.
Dr Weiner demonstrated scientifically the advantages of new hearing aids as well as the convience of rechargeable ones
