I saw Dr. Inouye and he was great during my appointment. At the end of the visit, I was told that Sandy Calderon would contact me to schedule my surgery. It has now been over two weeks, and I have not been contacted. I have called the office multiple times and was told messages would be left for her to return my call. I have also called Sandy Calderon’s direct number and sent her emails, but have not received any response. Had an 11am appointment. It is now 12pm and have waited for 1.5 hours to still not be seen. When I asked the front desk when I will see the doctor, they notified me I still had 2 people in front, meaning I would have to wait til 1pm to be seen. Unacceptable and disrespectful of patients needs and time.
Went to my appt. The receptionist told me I didn't have an appt.... As if I made up the time and date. Left without being seen at my appointed time due to someones stupidity....
Horrifying service call them couple times and they just keep telling me we call you back and they never do and after I call them they say we are going to call you again back but like always they never do. Don’t trust them to leave your health in their hand.
Front desk staff very disrespectful and have no bedside manners. They need to be retrained on how to speak to clients. Maybe they learn this behavior from the doctors.
