BCB is a great place to train! I had a great experience with Chris and got wicked strong. Always attentive, helped me with all of my questions and was overall a great coach. 10/10 would recommend.
If you want to get stronger, this is the only place to train!! Chris has been my coach since I started lifting 6 years ago. The absolute best coach!! Everyone here works hard and wants to see everyone crush their goals. Great place to train but even more amazing people!!
