Bergen Cleaners is better than others in the area. I traveled down the road to this cleaner when another local cleaner exercised poor customer service. I have never had to wait long to drop off clothes or to pick them up. The prices are fair. I have only utilized their dry cleaning services, not tailoring.
I highly recomend. They will make sure they give you best service possible. Always gets my stains out. I wait tables and always have stains on my white button downs. Crisp and clean everyday I go to work.
poor customer service I used Bergen Cleaners to get a pair of pants hemmed and I could not believe how unfriendly they were. Then, when I went to pick my pants up, they refused to give me my college's discount, even though they are a contracted participant in the discount program. Would not use again.
