Even though Dr. . Botvinov isn’t doing my surgery, he took his time to explain what my hernia surgery would entail. Explained the whole procedure in a language that I could understand.

Dr. Botvinov took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout my visit. He never rushed the appointment and answered all of my questions thoroughly.
