Rich was ablet to take a look at my car the same day I called. He diagnosed it the same as another shop but was able to do work at a better price because he had options for OEM and 3rd party parts. The car drives great now. I highly recommend the shop!
As someone who works in the automotive field…. I must convey how immensely talented Anthony, Laith and the rest of the staff are. Anthony is always honest, professional and accommodating. One time I brought my car to Honda for an oil change and they told me I needed new brakes immediately. They were going to charge me over $700. I brought my car to Anthony and found out I didn’t need new brakes. My family and I will never bring our cars anywhere but Bergen Autowerks!
Have a Discovery V maintained by Anthony and Rich and always feel they have my best interest at heart. We always discuss what needs to be done and when I had to have a large issue fixed they came under the amount stated as they returned parts that they did not use. I highly recommend this shop to friends and family.
