Had a great experience. Brought my car to a 4.8 star rated garage because of a shake in the car when I went over 50mph. They told me the tires were not balanced so hey charged me over $100 to balance my tires. Drove the car again.The car was better but still was shaking. Took it back to the shop and they said it must be something else and they wanted to do a full diagnostic and charge additional for it. I brought my car for a problem that was not fixed after spending $1,000. Then the first day I drive it on the highway to work only to experience smoke coming out from under my hood. A leak in the hose to the coolant SUIDDENLY appears. How did this happen? I didn't even drive the car before I attempted to go to work. So now I spent $1,000 on a problem that wasn't fixed and coincidentally have a new problem. Now I can't even drive the car. What a disgrace. Terrible customer service: fix the issue due to a deal with a dealer but gave me a cold shoulder and basically ignored me. The mechanic guy was super nice but the main mechanic wasn’t.
