Brought in our car that was completely covered in dog fur and 48 hours later we got a brand new car. The detail service was amazing, smooth, and really solid. The owner was not only friendly but knows exactly what he is doing - no frills or bs. If you are looking to get your car a makeover this is the place to come. If you are a dog person, they also have a pair of lovely dogs (GIANT Mastiffs)!!

I called and let them know I had a Groupon and made an appointment to come in. When I arrived, I was informed they won’t accept Groupons and they asked if I could get a refund while looking at my car and trying to sell me the full price service at more than double the price. No matter how wonderful the work may be, this was just a terrible customer experience and reflects poorly on the business. I brought my car into Bergen Auto Experience after it got banged up with some dents, scratches, and paint damage and I honestly didn’t expect it to ever look the same again. But WOW! Jr along with Roland and his guys crushed it! When I picked it up, I couldn’t believe it was the same car. I am extremely disappointed with Bergen Auto Experience and would not recommend them to anyone. I purchased their most expensive Groupon deal, expecting a straightforward service as advertised. However, when I called to book my appointment, I was shocked to hear they are no longer accepting Groupons. Instead, they offered to give me an estimate, which would require additional payment on top of what I already paid for the Groupon. Ok. Somehow, I hit the jackpot with these gentlemen at BAE! I brought them my super cute but FILTHY 2017 Mini Cooper, and W H O A!!!! 🙀 It’s like a BRAND NEW car!!! It's unbelievable. 🤩 Like, down to every crevice, it was clean! I adored Roland, who runs the shop with his OG Dad. From his soothing, cool, and calm voice to his chilled vibe, I love this guy and his team! I can wholeheartedly and highly recommend these guys!
