Genial estructura
I didn't end up buying my dress at Bergdorf's, but I can't say enough good things about my experience there, and especially my bridal consultant, Hannah. Hannah was so kind and helpful. She made me feel immediately comfortable and quickly understood my vision (and budget!). It is such a lovely, intimate bridal salon. Every NYC bride should add it to their list!
I agree with everyone else here saying they have horrible customer service. The people responding to emails are so incredibly rude and condescending. Save yourself the trouble and purchase from the designers directly. My friend and I reached out to them for a bridal appointment, and it seems like they didn't even read the email and continued to tell us the same thing over and over.
