I have recently requested insurance quotes with our policies coming due and am very pleased that I contacted Jenny at Bergan & Young Insurance Agency in Auburn. I worked with Patrick on my initial call and he was great. Then I starting working with Jenny and she was wonderful! She got me quotes for all my policies which saved me $1,200 per year. She was very nice and made this process so easy. Would recommend this team to anyone!

The male sales associate BOTH times I called I explained I was disabled and needed to get a van insured to get registered to get to appointments was rude & unprofessional & extremely unhelpful! “HOWEVER” The female associate was kind and tried to help and was nice.
