Berga Construction was recently recommended to me by Home Depot for a simple stucco repair job. They quoted somewhat in excess of $187 for their hourly rate. First, that’s an insult to my intelligence and second, how arrogant is that? When I queried their price the representative told me I was wasting their time and had no business contacting Home Depot contractors. And then they blocked my number!
