At 1:00pm security guy told me to go to Line 3 I told him I was picking up Pipe after waiting for several hours I find out I was send to wrong spot that guy looks really upset he doesn't care i told him few time Berg Pipe and still send me to wrong spot...
Hard pass! Never again! This is a port! The agent says no but it’s the port! 2 hours to sit and no restroom. Stay in the truck. Never again. Finally the pull me to the yard to load and the crane is missing in action now. Just skip or cancel this load!
This place is great for loading, good communication and they do a good job, BUT IF YOU ARE GOING TO LOOK FOR PIPES GOING TO 147 KYLE PORTER ROAD IN LOUISIANA, BE CAREFUL, THEY LEFT US OFF FROM 7 AM TO 4:30 PM, THEY WERE LOADING THEIR TRUCKS AND THEY LEFT US THERE AS IF WE WERE TRASH, WAITING 9 HOURS AND THEN THEY SHOULD PAY DETENTION IN THE END THEY DECIDED NOT TO PAY. THE ABUSE AGAINST US IS TOO MUCH, WHEN?WE WILL MAKE THESE ABUSERS RESPECT US? THESE PLACES HAVE NO BUSINESS WITHOUT US.
