This place is great for loading, good communication and they do a good job, BUT IF YOU ARE GOING TO LOOK FOR PIPES GOING TO 147 KYLE PORTER ROAD IN LOUISIANA, BE CAREFUL, THEY LEFT US OFF FROM 7 AM TO 4:30 PM, THEY WERE LOADING THEIR TRUCKS AND THEY LEFT US THERE AS IF WE WERE TRASH, WAITING 9 HOURS AND THEN THEY SHOULD PAY DETENTION IN THE END THEY DECIDED NOT TO PAY. THE ABUSE AGAINST US IS TOO MUCH, WHEN?WE WILL MAKE THESE ABUSERS RESPECT US? THESE PLACES HAVE NO BUSINESS WITHOUT US.
Nice place and very fast for loading
It gets dirty and people get irritable for various reasons, but it is to be expected in the steel industry. At least they pay well especially when there is a lot of production because of incentive. To thrive at this company, it helps to be part of the Club and conniving, but at least if you are not in the club, you are treated ok as long as you don’t rock the boat. If you bring up problems that leadership should have already addressed they will shun you for making them look bad. This isn’t exactly a rare thing in our society... read more
