Impressive spot! Brought my ‘19 Cayenne for an oil change. Service was friendly, wait time was good, lounge was a huge plus for me to wait and work while the service was completed. Will be back!
I have done 2 major services on my 2008 gts here and they always do an excellent job.
Hands down the best shop I’ve ever been to. Incredibly friendly staff, clean and spacious interior (both shop and customer areas) and super knowledgeable. Definitely coming back.
In a time where it's more and more difficult to find good customer experiences, this place fires on all cylinders. I bought a 997 and needed to take it in for it's first oil change. The building is immaculate and inviting. There is a work area/loft with wifi and coffee that overlooks the cars as they work on them. They got me in right away and even took time to walk me under my car and educate me on it while it was up on the lift. WOW!! I’m at a loss of words to describe the service I received from Cole at Berg Performance. But I’ll try anyway. I don’t think there was a way to make my experience any better. As a car enthusiast and originally from the Motor City, they hit the nail on the head. I used to think the “VIP” experience at the dealer was great. That now was just fluff.
