SCAMMY MONEY PRACTICES: don’t let him hold a DOLLAR. I was a client of BERG. (Changed name SLIGHTLY as he threatened ME) made up charges, I can’t believe he has his license. I was referred to Joy via a former coworker, and took refrence without doing research. Worst thing I ever did. I was completely ripped off and filling a grevance with the board of ethics. I hired Joy in February with a 3500 retainer and was told to her at time of being hired that it was being lent to me and I could not spend more, she assured me it shouldn't be more but if is we can work a payment plan.
