After initially accepting my case, they kept me on hold for weeks and repeatedly asked for the same information over a two-month period all without making any real progress. It felt like they were just stalling. Eventually, they rejected my case with no solid explanation, likely because they found other cases they considered more worthwhile. This kind of treatment is both unprofessional and unfair, especially when people are seeking legal help in good faith. Extremely disappointing experience.
