Went for a job offer that I was called on. Go thru interview process and everything is great , I am over qualified for the position. However when I show up to work forward day I'm told HR decided not to hire me due to my background . Criminal record which I completed my time and probation. Don't by et your hopes up if you get hired , they are discriminating , and not giving you a chance
