My wife, Jeanie, and I have used the services of the Berg Bryant Elder Law Group on three different occasions. Rebecca Berg did our estate planning documents in 2011. Attorneys Kellen & Shelby have been so helpful along my journey of the Medicaid Long Term Care waiver program. They know the ins & outs no matter what it is I'm inquiring about. It's a long application process (at least for the in-home services part of this program) and if my Dad eventually gets approved then the attorneys have a plan in place to make sure I legally "spend down" his monthly SS check so he remains eligible per the asset requirement.
