Had a great experience at Berg Auto Mall and Mobile Truck Repair. They were friendly, honest, and answered all of my questions without any pressure. Their inventory is quality and the prices are great. I’d definitely recommend checking them out!
I bought my dodge journey from them in 2021. I’ve gotten to drive my car not even 10,000 miles over this many years because of the issues with it. I even got a warranty so if anything went wrong that wasn’t my fault or normal wear and tear, it would be taken care of. They had my car for MONTHS, nothing got fixed. I recently got a car here and I really like the car I got but dealer said that it would have new brakes put on and they did but they only put new brake pads and left my car with bad rotors meaning I have to get new brakes anyway. They also said they would detail my car and didn’t touch it at all.
