Excellent prices and extremely good service.
Beretta can't mount a fiber-optic to the A300. OK I was sure pissed off at B when pulled out my shotgun to find a wiggly little front sight - real pissed Then I called and in less than 2mins I spoke to a most helpful CS person named Joab. He was aware of the issue and told my why it was not mounted correctly and how to fix it - All in all my faith has been restored and I will no longer call my self "the Karen" Thank you Joab !!

Terrible customer service. They have had our gun for three months without any resolve. Each time we call its someone will call you back which they never do.
Lost a slide stop spring for my px4 storm. Couldn’t find it in stock anywhere online. Emailed beretta repair on a Saturday evening and got a reply the next morning on a Sunday afternoon when they are closed. stating that they had just put a spring in the mailbox that morning and it should be at my house in 5-7 business days. Didn’t have to explain anything or talk to a single person. Smoothest and easiest claim I’ve ever filed. Didn’t have to spend a dime even tho it was my fault.
