I called Beresford Plumbing to replace a leaking bathtub faucet. The job became more complicated than we planned on - due to finding a solid slab of concrete behind the tile once the wall was opened up. Jack had to drill thru the concrete- and create a cavity to get access to the pipes- and install the faucet. This took a lot more effort on his part- but he still was able to complete the job in a timely manner. Not only did he address the plumbing issue, explain in detail, and was so very pleasant, he also unboxed a very large non plumbing related item, helped put it together, broke down the box and delivered to my garage! How many people can say that about their plumber!!? Great company, with great people.
Micki is phenomenal and everyone on this team is top notch. I have used them for several, different things and they always do an incredible job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
No one wants to call a plumber. Sometimes you just have to. We found ourselves in this position. You know what's more frustrating than the need to call a plumber? No one answering their phone. Or answering but not identifying the business. As in. "Hello?" Beresford did everything right. Everything. Promptly answering the phone professionally.
