We recently took a hydraulic cylinder from our excavator to Berendsen for repair and unfortunately had a very poor experience. After having the cylinder for almost a month, we were told it couldn’t be repaired because it had “ovulated.” Despite this, we were told the rod had been straightened during their time with it, which made the situation even more confusing.
