I purchased a sliding door and a front door and had a wonderful experience with Berea Window & Door. Tom was very patient and went out of his way to make certain I got the front door that I wanted! The installers were prompt, friendly and excellent at their craft. I highly recommend them!
I purchased windows from Berea Window and Door. Within a few weeks one cracked diagonally on the bottom right corner about 8" from the corner (so very noticeable). The windows were filled with low-E argon gas for insulation. They said they would replace the glass and could do it onsite. I presumed they would bring a dual glass panel so that the insulation would be there from the gas. They did not. We have known and worked with the team at Berea Window & Door for over 20 years. We’ve had new windows installed, older windows (not installed by BW&D) repaired and they have been great! They have been prompt, very clear about what they recommend/don’t and accurate on pricing estimates. We will definitely work with them again and recommend them without hesitation.
The door installation was great with excellent trim and caulking. The window installation was good until they got to the inside trim and caulking. One trim piece had a gash and they still installed it. The caulking and the corner cuts on the trim were horrible! Gaps in the corners and they only caulked little sections while leaving gaps else where. When I called to complain they said send a picture which I did immediately with no response for weeks. Put a great looking storm door on my rental property, in a very timely manner. I am happy with how it turned out. Communication with Tom and Ryan is seamless, look forward to doing business again!
