I wanted a new front door, but didn't know where to start. Ryan and Tom helped me pick a beautiful option - and even encouraged me NOT to replace the storm door, but to get rid of it. That saved quite a few bucks, and it looks so much better. I purchased a sliding door and a front door and had a wonderful experience with Berea Window & Door. Tom was very patient and went out of his way to make certain I got the front door that I wanted! The installers were prompt, friendly and excellent at their craft. I highly recommend them!
We have known and worked with the team at Berea Window & Door for over 20 years. We’ve had new windows installed, older windows (not installed by BW&D) repaired and they have been great! They have been prompt, very clear about what they recommend/don’t and accurate on pricing estimates. We will definitely work with them again and recommend them without hesitation.
I purchased windows from Berea Window and Door. Within a few weeks one cracked diagonally on the bottom right corner about 8" from the corner (so very noticeable). The windows were filled with low-E argon gas for insulation. They said they would replace the glass and could do it onsite. I presumed they would bring a dual glass panel so that the insulation would be there from the gas. They did not.
