One of the better utilities companies I’ve dealt with, very kind people.
Pretty bad, but when you have a government monopoly I guess you don't have to be helpful. Got a bounced check fee last month, because they were using our old checking account to pull payments from. Even threatened to hand the account over to the attorney's office. I updated the payment method online, but that's only for payment types apparently, NOT auto payments. They will still try to pull from the old account until you physically go in with a new voided check like it's the 1990's. No info online even mentions any auto dra... read more
Please explain to me why we are always experiencing power outages every single month. This is absolutely wild. I never lost power this much in hurricane town back home in Florida and they had a legitimate reason for the power to go out. You people are the absolute worst at your job. And all the price gouging, geez. There is absolutely no reason my power is going out every single month. Oh look it's lightly raining, powers out. Oh look it's snowing a tiny bit, powers out. Get it together.
Has to be one of the most incompetent electric companies I've had service with. Every time a storm blows through, we loose power in Dixie park. Maybe instead of just replacing the main that blows, actually fix the problem causing it... yall are a joke, but I'm the one paying you while sitting here with no power, again, for almost 3 hours.
