Not disappointed. Simple. The amount of people that told me to use Burdick was nauseating. Honestly, you'd think I disappointed the world if I didn't. We are building our forever home and guess what, we went with Burdick.... Are their windows awesome, yes Are their windows built well, yes Are they heavy.....YES. I have two berdick doors that were installed 2 years ago. They are terrible. They warp when it's cold allowing a draft through when you want them sealed the most. When it starts to getting close to -20C outside, they warp slightly and a draft comes through. I have the three latch locks, there is a small gap around the locking cylinder allowing a small draft through (daylight seen through attached photo).

I see some people are leaving negative reviews for Berdick Windows and Doors because the trimm is coming off, windows don't close properly, are jammed or doors are experiencing ice build up etc. They seem to forget, that Berdick is a premium window and door manufacturer and has nothing to do with the install. Windows are adjustable and should be adjusted AFTER being installed by the installer. It is part of the install procedure. Doors are also partly adjustable.
