We have used Bercon multiple times over the years. We value their high-quality workmanship, their reliability, and their integrity. We would not use anyone else.
My neighborhood’s HOA hired this company to perform exterior painting/siding repair as needed on my home. The company randomly showed up and started performing work, with no notification directly to me, the owner, regarding start dates. Upon initial ‘completion’, there were several outstanding issues left and I had to work with the HOA to get them back out to fix things that should have been done right the first time. Wouldn’t recommend hiring for exterior painting.
We highly recommend Bercon! We recently completed a renovation project with them that involved a layout redesign, a new kitchen, and multiple bathroom updates. I have had the pleasure of working with Bercon on several projects from small scale repairs to exterior painting to full-scale renovations. They have been excellent to work with on all projects. Projects have been completed on time, on budget and with great final results. I'd recommend Bercon to anyone looking for all levels of GC work!
If you’re looking for a builder who’s reliable, honest, communicative, and all-around fantastic, look no further than Bercon! They did an incredible job rebuilding our home after a 22,000-pound tree destroyed it, expertly handling everything—even working with our insurance company to make sure we got the full value of our claim.
