Arrived two hours before appointment, loaded and done in under 35 min.
I was about an hour late but they still jumped right on it and had me loaded and out of there in less than 30 minutes. I will say the docks are tight and clearly not designed for semi trucks, especially ones with 53-ft trailers and sleeper cabs, but if you're the only one on the loading dock it's no big deal.
