I saw Dr Berault and he was great, very professional and knowledgeable. However the front desk staff not so much and also they won’t take a secondary insurance and made me pay out of pocket for services covered by my secondary insurance. I wasn’t aware of this, so just leaving the review for anyone with secondary insurance so you don’t end up paying out of pocket for things you shouldn’t need to.
Have been going to this location since Eddington was still working. I changed to my new doctor Berault. He was very professional and a very nice person. 10/10 experience with my first male gynecologist!
Dr. Berault is a wonderful Doctor
Berault is a good doctor UNTIL you create a birth plan that HE doesn’t agree with. Made some extremely rude comments to me regarding my plan with my first birth, and after that he was never nice to me again. He was very unsupportive of me wanting a non-medicated birth and actually made fun of me for flinching during an exam. Cannot state enough how horrible this doctor is.
