DO NOT USE!!!!!! Came to the house, diagnosed, took a deposit. cashed our check the next day and disappearred. Never called back, won't return calls. Its been 3 weeks. Apparently we've been had. Shame on Ken Berard.
When he first came to look at our dyer he was very professional. He said he would be back in touch with me the next day to tell me when the part would be in. Well it has been over two weeks and we have left messages but haven’t heard from him at all. We gave him a deposit which he cash the check the next day. I understand if he is busy but at lease give us a call back.
Brutal. First time he showed up it was supposed to be between 2-5. Showed up at 730. Second time was supposed to show up between 2-5 and never showed at all. Was supposed to be the first appointment of the day today and still not here at 10:30. Really?
